I'm a programmer/web designer with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, which I recieved after studying Game Programming at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Ronneby, Sweden. When I'm not programming, I like to play video games, read science fiction and fantasy novels, design websites and watch TV-series. Some of my favorite games are The Legend of Zelda, Ico, Psychonauts, Silent Hill and Dreamfall: The Longest Journey.
Game Programming is a three year undergraduate program that leads to a Bachelor of Science. In the first year of the program, you learn the basics of programming and game production. In the second year, you study for example 3D-programming, artificial intelligence, linear algebra and game production in depth. In the third and last year, you take courses on performance optimization and software architecture, work on a large game development project in a team of about 6-10 people, and write a bachelor thesis.
